What are your opening times?
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Do I need identification?
Is identification necessary?
Yes, for all situations, you must complete our hiring application form.
For limited companies, include a copy of the letterhead.
For sole traders and private hires, we request two forms of identification during the hiring process. This includes a bank statement, credit card statement, or utility bill (issued within the last 3 months), along with either a valid driving license or passport displaying your current address.
How does pricing work?
VAT: Prices listed do not include VAT and other potential associated charges such as delivery, fuel, and add-ons, etc.
ONE DAY: Refers to the initial 24-hour period.
ADDITIONAL DAYS: Charges apply after the completion of the first 24-hour period.
WEEKLY RATES: Apply to periods of 7 days or more at a fixed price.
WEEKEND RATES: Please contact us for a set weekend rate.
PAYMENT
CREDIT CARDS: We accept all major credit cards.
CASH & DEBIT CARDS: Cash and debit cards are also accepted.
DEPOSITS: Deposits are required for all rented equipment. Customers are asked to provide a down payment, which is refunded upon the return of the equipment.
30 DAY CONTINUAL HIRE: If you wish to utilize our services or equipment on a month-to-month account credit basis, please get in touch with us.
Do you charge for fuel & delivery?
AFFIRMATIVE, WE PROVIDE DELIVERY: The costs for transportation and delivery will be determined upon your confirmation of purchase, along with details such as the delivery date and location.
FUEL OPTIONS: You can choose to have our equipment fully fueled on the day of rental. Alternatively, you have the flexibility to provide your own fuel. Should you return the equipment with fuel in the tank, we will calculate a reimbursement to you.

In broad terms, the majority of our business operations occur in Dublin and its neighboring counties. Nevertheless, we provide Nationwide services that can be discussed and arranged when you get in touch with us.
